Distribution Manager Pharmacy

Responsabilities

  • Maintains commercial relationship with pharma distributors and identifies new opportunities to increase the distribution of Beiersdorf products;
  • Ensures the monthly delivery of planned sales figures;
  • Ensures an optimal level of investment to achieve the company objectives;
  • Manages the Beiersdorf products stock level, ensuring a limited number of overstock or low-stock/out of stock situations;
  • Involved in the monthly process of volume & value forecast of the Beiersdorf products and aims for a high accuracy level;
  • Ensures the agreed payment terms for the sold goods are respected by our partners;
  • Closely collaborates with other departments, such as Finance, Logistics, Marketing, to ensure business continuity and achievement of company KPIs.

Knowledge & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in different roles in Sales, such as Key Account Management or Distribution Management;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a multinational FMCG;
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills;
  • Strong analytical profile, with great negotiation skills;
  • Strong strategic thinking and adaptability;
  • Good level of English;
  • Economic studies (minimum Bachelor’s degree);
  • Ability to persuade, inspire and drive fast decision making;
  • High emotional intelligence / able to show empathy / manage relationships / see others point of view;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships;
  • Openness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
