·Assess training needs from local organizations, identify suitable training programs / elements and administer delivery of such programs / elements.
·Provide guidance and support to employees seeking learning and training opportunities. Recommend resources and pathways for skill enhancement and career advancement.
·Assess training providers for quality and review learning provider portfolio; optimize terms and conditions for external training providers through contract negotiation.
·Facilitate logistics and administration of the training to ensure smooth training.
·Utilize learning management systems (e. g. COMPASS) and other learning technologies to administer, track, and evaluate training programs and participant progress.
·Design and implement assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. You analyze feedback and data to continuously improve training initiatives.
·Provide feedback to and work with the Global Process owner to ensure global process alignment and further improve global Learning & Training processes and tools.
·Collect feedback, assure quality of training, and issue certificates.
·Promote new training initiatives to foster continuous learning.
·College / bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, psychology, business administration, accounting or finance.
·Strong understanding of learning & development processes and trends. Experience between 2-6 years in a similar role
·Demonstrated experience in administering learning management systems (ATS) in previous roles.
·Possess business acumen and ideally experience in negotiating with vendors.
·Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are among your key skills.
