Your Tasks
Job Purpose -
The chosen candidate will have the chance to learn and work with a highly motivated team always striving to succeed in the most competitive environment: the POS (Point of Sale).
Main challenges and responsibilities:
Customer Support
-
Develop POS activations and implementations for Specific Retailers and evaluate sell-out impact/ROI
-
Develop creative images for customer leaflets
Category Support
-
Visibility - develop POS Materials to support Innovation and Core assortment in order to maximize its visibility in-store (homeshelf and second placement).
Field Force support
POS material inventory, Product catalogue update
Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Procurement Teams.
Your Profile
Hard skills
-
Degree in Economics, Business Administration (or similar); Master Frequency or Master completed.

High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point) & Outlook knowledge;

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Soft Skills

Proactive, flexible and willing to take ownership for own role;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

A good mix of proactivity, creativity, problem solving and analytical thinking;
