Customer Management Analyst (all genders)

The position is placed within Global Supply Chain Customer Management Team operating with the mission to deliver best in class supply chain customer management capabilities.

Your Tasks

  • Understand and be familiar with the structure, the processes, the way of working and the systems within the organization, related to assigned area of responsibility (logistics & customer service)
  • Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information
  • Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements
  • Engaged to work on IT and business transformation projects, but can also be deployed onto projects in other departments too
  • Drive topics such as an Academy built up and create learning paths for knowledge sharing in our organization
  • Support other functions by gathering, analyzing and summarizing of data
  • Help to bridge the gap between IT and the wider business
  • Act as product owner for key analytics solutions in the area of logistics & customer service

Your Profile

  • Relevant experience with BI/ Power BI reporting
  • General understanding of networks, databases, and SAP ERP system
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue a Supply Chain career path.
  • Team Player that can integrate in an international team but is also capable to work independently.
  • Confident in Stakeholder management
  • Familiar with requirements engineering, processes modeling & Costs benefit analysis.
  • Fluent in English
  • Know how in Logistics and/or Customer Service operations is advantageous.
