Your Profile
University degree in economics, psychology, or a related field,
Several years of experience in the recruitment,
Passion for attracting and selecting the most suitable candidates, and active sourcing,
Experience as competent and assertive consultant in your specialist area,
Experience in recruitment marketing and recruiting analytics,
Data-driven approach, deep interest in HR tech,
Fluent in English and Italian / Spanish / Portuguese.
