Your Tasks

Support the Shape of Global Talent Management: Develop concepts, conduct research, and analyze data to support the implementation of innovative Talent Management practices (including Talent Assessment, Development, and Succession Planning)

Create Impactful Training Materials: Design, develop, and implement training programs and resources for Employees, Managers, and the HR Community

Take Ownership: Manage independent projects, such as creating guides, preparing workshops, and organizing team activities and more

Optimize Digital Platforms: Manage and enhance internal platforms like SharePoint and support administrative tasks for Succession

Be Part of a Great Team: Collaborate with an inspiring, international team and enjoy a dynamic, supportive work environment – fun included!

Your Profile

Advanced studies in economics, psychology, communication sciences, or a related field

Enrollment requirement: Properly enrolled throughout the internship or during a gap year

Relevant experience: Prior internships or work experience in related companies

Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills, high motivation, and a desire to learn and grow

Detail-oriented: Accuracy and precision are your strengths

Effective communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels

Language proficiency: Fluency in English (written and verbal)

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
