We are looking for a Detailing Manager Derma to take Eucerin’s healthcare professional (HCP) engagement to the next level. This exciting, high-impact role is designed for an individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll be responsible for enhancing our relationships with dermatologists, skin therapists, and other healthcare professionals, both offline and online. By leveraging medical expertise, you will contribute to the medicalization of HCP communication, ensuring Eucerin’s position as a trusted authority in dermatological skincare.
You will play a crucial role in a team that spans multiple countries, collaborating to identify synergies and drive efficiency. This role combines office work with field-based activities, requiring a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Your Tasks

  • Lead HCP Engagement & Strategy: Drive Eucerin’s strategy for engaging healthcare professionals through both offline and digital channels. Focus on increasing HCP recommendations and market share. You’ll be the key contact for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), managing relationships to ensure effective collaborations.
  • Manage Field Operations: Organize face-to-face meetings with leading dermatologists and skin therapists, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful. You’ll also develop and organize live training events and advisory boards with key stakeholders to further promote Eucerin’s brand authority.
  • Lead & Develop the Detailer NL: As a leader, you’ll manage the Detailer NL—setting clear KPIs, tracking progress, and providing guidance and coaching to ensure the team meets objectives. Effective management of resources, reporting, and performance will be critical to our success.
  • Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activity : Stay ahead of industry trends, closely monitor competitor activities, and analyze digital and physical channels. Use insights to adapt strategies and maintain Eucerin’s competitive edge.
  • Develop Medical Detailing Materials: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful medical communications and materials. This includes developing e-detailing content, webinars, sample management, and digital tools, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Enhance Digital Engagement: Drive the development and execution of an omni-channel strategy via CRM tools, including email and newsletters. You’ll also support the creation of an e-learning platform for HCPs to improve engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide Scientific Training & Leadership : Conduct product training for internal teams, including field sales representatives, to ensure they’re equipped with the knowledge to promote Eucerin effectively. You will also be expected to be part of the organization scientific events, and congresses ensuring successful execution and budget management.

Your Profile

  • HBO/University degree (Bachelor’s or Master) in Medical, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Relevant sector experience in the dermatology or aesthetics sector is a strong plus.
  • Work experience in field sales or leading field sales.
  • Work experience as people manager, ideally with experience in coaching and team development and field leadership, ideally with experience in coaching and developing a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch (min. C1 level) and English are essential requirements.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing and HCP engagement strategies.
  • Digital literacy is key, with a strong focus on CRM tools, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze trends, stay ahead of competitors, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for influencing and building relationships.
  • You should be proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented. An entrepreneurial approach, creativity, and a passion for dermatology will be crucial in making an impact in this role.
