- The HRBP will take part in the final interview to review the candidate regarding cultural and behavioral fit.
- You pro-actively identify potential in employees and enable managers to do so as well.
- You actively develop local talents and fill the strategic succession pipelines.
- Performance management:
- You enable managers and employees to drive a continuous performance management, including regular follow-ups and high-quality performance conversations.
- You ensure the reward process is implemented and rewards are linked to performance.
- Organizational development, engagement & culture:
- You serve as a trusted advisor to shape the organization’s future and culture.
- You pro-actively identify organizational needs and deliver them in collaboration with the local team
