Your Tasks

  • The HRBP will take part in the final interview to review the candidate regarding cultural and behavioral fit.
  • You pro-actively identify potential in employees and enable managers to do so as well.
  • You actively develop local talents and fill the strategic succession pipelines.
  • Performance management:
  • You enable managers and employees to drive a continuous performance management, including regular follow-ups and high-quality performance conversations.
  • You ensure the reward process is implemented and rewards are linked to performance.
  • Organizational development, engagement & culture:
  • You serve as a trusted advisor to shape the organization’s future and culture.
  • You pro-actively identify organizational needs and deliver them in collaboration with the local team

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree with focus on HR or business-related fields
  • Profecient written and spoken English [MUST]
  • Our HR function is a global team, you thrive in an international enviroment
  • Highly proactive and hands on
  • As a partner to the business, you have strong communication and influencing skills
  • Highly preference for face-to-face work and close contact with people, as well as willingness for customer service
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Affinity for and undestanding of digital trends
