RESPONSABILITIES
- Support to the brand managers and shopper team in products maintenance in various platforms: SAP, internal spreadsheets;
- Support in internal activities, including system booking of expenses (PO creation), write-off of samples and/or marketing materials and coordination with commercial and supply chain teams, etc.;
- Execution of specific administrative tasks in support to the shopper and customer marketing team: price tracking, maintenance of products pack-shots database, leaflets share update, etc.;
- Coordination of the distribution and on-time delivery of point-of-sale materials to the according sales outlets;
- Ad hock reporting and preparation of presentations.
REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
- A high degree of initiative and motivation;
- The ability to set the right priorities and to meet deadlines;
- Education: business management student at 3rd year of studies or marketing major;
- International orientation;
- PC know-how: Good user of MS Excel, Power Point and other MS Office applications;
- Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English.
