Your Tasks
The purposes of this position are:
1. Play interface among Product Development, marketing, early innovation teams, country RAOs, and global product testing and claim strategy team.
2. Lead evaluation of product performance by means of equipment to support product claim substantiation and formula screening. Independently facilitate the equipment operation, take the lead in test protocol design, technical report composing, organizing, and executing relevant field work closely with CRO/agencies to ensure OTIF delivery.
3. Support the validation, development and introduction of new test methods and further development of current methods, including the establishment of corresponding analyzing/ studying regulations and implementation of global guidance or SOP.
4. Responsible for a scientifically documentation and reporting of the results. Requiring wrapping up all the clinical data in the basis of different skin attributes as database and further explore the feasibility of further data mining on these data to generate more insights and knowledge for claim relevant support.
5. Generate claim support via clinical results, real image illustration and other creative methods.
6. Responsible for learning the industrial trendy communication information and relevant technologies especially clinical methodologies.
