Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for the local definition and deployment of category and sourcing strategies while ensuring that market observations and demands are met competitively.
  • Manage end-to-end Procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring, aligning with agreed-upon objectives.
  • Execute strategic long-term and operative ad-hoch tenders.
  • Cultivate strong supplier relationships to build a resilient supply network meeting Beiersdorf standards and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive innovation and implement solutions.
  • Compliance champion: ensure compliance with legal, finance and procurement policies.
  • Take part or lead initiatives for standardization, efficiency, and automation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or higher-education degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, consultancy, supply chain) - Procurement experience is a plus
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Communication (written and verbal) skills in English and German
  • Innovative, strategic and forward-thinking mindset
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Digital native: MS Office proficiency, and BI tools (bonus: kowledge of SAP/SRM/CLM, e-sourcing and P2P processes)
