Your Tasks

You are responsible for the local definition and deployment of category and sourcing strategies while ensuring that market observations and demands are met competitively.

Manage end-to-end Procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring, aligning with agreed-upon objectives.

Execute strategic long-term and operative ad-hoch tenders.

Cultivate strong supplier relationships to build a resilient supply network meeting Beiersdorf standards and mitigating risks.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive innovation and implement solutions.

Compliance champion: ensure compliance with legal, finance and procurement policies.

Take part or lead initiatives for standardization, efficiency, and automation.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s or higher-education degree
-
2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.g. logistics, consultancy, supply chain) - Procurement experience is a plus
