Your Tasks
Beiersdorf is a leading company in the field of dermatology and skin care, dedicated to developing innovative products for the pharmacy market and medical applications. Our brands, including Eucerin and Hansaplast, stand for quality and trust. The departement of Consumer & Clinical Science plays a crucial role in the research and development division by conducting clinical studies to prove the tolerability and efficacy of skin care products. It focuses on screening new active ingredients, characterizing prototype formulas, and ensuring claim support for product efficacy and tolerability before market launch. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Technology Manager (all genders) who will ensure the quality of our products through comprehensive studies and drive the use of digital tools.

Independently develop and optimize study designs for clinical trials assessing the compatibility and efficacy of our products, with a particular focus on digital methods.

Advise internal and external clients on defining study objectives and requirements.

Plan, commission, and manage clinical studies, especially in the field of dermatological research, utilizing modern digital tools for data collection and analysis.

Build and maintain networks and contacts in the dermatology field to successfully conduct studies.

Regularly analyze and evaluate relevant biophysical measurement methods and clinical assessments, considering digital innovations.

Interpret biometric evaluations and derive actionable recommendations, supported by digital analysis tools.

Prepare medical-scientific reports and presentations to communicate study results, using digital presentation techniques.
