Your Tasks
As a Senior Innovation Manager in the Strategic Foresight Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Beiersdorf’s long-term innovation road-map, leveraging consumer understanding, emerging trends and cutting-edge technologies to redefine the future of skincare. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and set the course for the next generation of skincare products to drive our organization’s success and enhance our competitive position in the cosmetics industry.
Lead Innovation Projects are relevant to multiple Brands along the Early Innovation Process and contribute to the development of Beiersdorf’s long-term innovation road-map with a focus on scientific breakthroughs.
Take the Lead for monitoring the Skin Care Trends of a relevant market segment and communicating them to the respective internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of consumer-relevant communication about our breakthrough technologies that we want to share with the outside world.
Cultivate a culture of creativity, curiosity and cross-functional collaboration.
Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, technologies and industry best practices and share within the company.
