Main Accountabilities

  1. Create and define annual business plan and execute marketing strategy.
  2. Know and understand market trends and opportunities, identify areas for campaign that go beyond product specific activities.
  3. Define consumer-oriented market research, business intelligence/market intelligence to facilitate optimal brand/product positioning.
  4. Product launches/re-launches via competitive concept development and clear positioning (4P).
  5. Ensure smooth internal and external communication of the in-charged brands.
  6. Ensure effective communication via ATL and BTL activities.
  7. Ensure brand is consistent with corporate strategy within TW & NEA region.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
  2. 10+ years of progressive and successful experience in leading Skincare and(or) FMCG Personal Care brands.
  3. 3+ years of team management experience.
  4. Various new product launch or re-launch experience.
  5. Able to manage brand independently with great creativeness.
  6. Open minded, strong strategy thinking and communication skills.
  7. Prior P&L experience and strong financial acumen in making effective business decisions.
  8. English Proficiency.
