Main Accountabilities
Quality Control for New Formulation-Trial and Internal Trial of Bulk
The incumbent is responsible to set the appropriate quality control process, test equipment, test methods and acceptance criteria according to QM Headquarter’s guideline.
- To cooperate with the central laboratory to set up the test equipment, test methods and acceptance criteria
- To do knowledge transferring and training to IPC Bulk team to for the new test method and acceptable criteria which meet BDF guideline.

Quality Control for Serial Production of Bulk
The incumbent is responsible for quality control of bulk to meet the set standards by establishment of the appropriate quality control process, bulk specifications, test equipment, test methods and acceptance criteria according to QM Headquarter’s guideline.

-To cooperate with Beiersdorf Headquarter and Beiersdorf Regional in any issue that concerning quality control of bulk.
- To co-operate with Production, Planner, and PI and concerned department to solve the quality problems to achieve the targeted service level with the acceptable quality level and also closely follow up CAPA of NC and deviation of bulk.
- To ensure the FIT process efficiency and focus improvement on compounding process

Quality Control for New Product-Final Finished Product Release (FFPR)
The incumbent is responsible for quality control of O-series and first production meets the set standards by establishment of the appropriate quality control process, test equipment, test methods and acceptance criteria according to QM Headquarter’s guideline.
- To train and supervise the subordinates to release O-series and first production which meet BDF standards   on-time and in-line with delivery plans.
-To support the production line trial for the quality test, and approval process of the new product and new packaging specification or new mould.
-To co-operate with Production, Planner, and PI and concerned department to solve the quality problems to achieve the targeted service level with the acceptable quality level and also closely follow up CAPA of NC and deviation of FFPR product.

Quality Control for Serial Production of Finished Goods
The incumbent is responsible for quality control of bulk and finished goods to meet the set standards by establishment of the appropriate quality control process, bulk and finished goods specifications, test equipment, test methods and acceptance criteria according to QM Headquarter’s guideline.
-To cooperate with Beiersdorf Headquarter and Beiersdorf Regional in any issue that concerning quality control of bulk and finished goods.
To co-operate with Production, Planner, and PI and concerned department to solve the quality problems to achieve the targeted service level with the acceptable quality level and also closely follow up CAPA of NC and deviation of finished products.
- To ensure the FIT process efficiency and focus improvement on filling and packing process

Customer’s complaint
- To co-operate with concern department to handle customer/consumer complaint for PC

Workflow
-To plan the bulk testing and releasing process in accordance with the production plan and to draw up a plan together with the central laboratory team to ensure a smooth workflow and on time in full.
