Driving monthly performance management of Supply Chain KPIs (e.g. Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Direct Cost of Selling, Waste, General Expenses Supply Chain, Working Capital, Savings, etc.)
Analyzing deviation drivers and proposing alternative actions to ensure the target achievement
Driving and coordinating the Supply Chain planning and forecasting process (annual and forecast updates), identifying insights and challenging the supply chain teams, fulfilling regional requirements and deliverables
Ensuring financial stability and compliance by timely and correct reporting of the SC-related P&L accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly closing)
Ensuring/applying efficiencies and standardization processes
Supporting decision-making process by preparing and analyzing relevant information
Supporting strategic evaluations of business opportunities in financial aspects
Taking part in cross-functional supply chain projects, or work packages
Executing periodic controls according to Risk Control Matrix
Your Profile
University degree in finance or logistics
At least 3 years of experience in controlling, consulting or financial advisory
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Good communication skills across all hierarchies and target groups
Proactivity, agile working style
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Capability to work in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
SAP experience (CO, FI, MM, BI)
High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel – advanced level), and BI tools (e.g. MS Power BI)
