Phase - In / Phase - Out Manager

Your Tasks

The PIPO Manager ensures that the PIPO process is executed effectively and efficiently with minimal possible waste creation. S/He ensures that all parties execute against the project deadlines and milestones. He monitors process execution, IIM setup, drives improvements and escalates if needed. Represents the interest of the end-to-end Supply Chain.

Day one:
•    Drives decision making leading to overall minimal waste for the SC e2e
•    Monitor Phaseout milestone adherence and escalates in case of violations (sas ramp-down, FC ramp-down, MOQ, MPQ, artwork delays)
•    Reviews and challenges inappropriate risks in the IIM setup (lead-times, MOQs..) esp. regarding waste risk
•    Monitors inappropriate risks in the IIM project execution and escalates esp. regarding waste risk

Midterm:
•    Drives process improvements esp. regarding Phase-out (LOA, LOR…)
•    Reviews IIM and unit phase-out performance with focus on waste and takes up learnings back to process improvement
•    Triggers PIPO process transparency with focus on waste by e.g., KPI generation, monitoring

Your Profile

  • University degree (Minimum M.Sc. or Similar) in Economics/Mathematics/Engineering or equal
  • 3-5years of relevant work experience in supply planning (having production planning knowledge would is a plus)
  • Proven strengths in teamplay within a diverse setting of cultures
  • Result-oriented combined with assertiveness & Persuasiveness
  • Strong skills in relationship building, communication and moderation.
  • Proven analytical and end to end thinking including commercial thinking
  • Advance Microsoft Excel is preferable
  • Fluent in English for communication skills spoken and written
