Your Tasks
- Develop and implement a local brand strategy and activate the complete marketing mix for the Brand Eucerin
- Develop annual business plans including VMS and Budget forecasts
- Build drive & activation plans: implement, and maximize product launches, relaunches, brand activation and campaigns

Co - Lead the Go to Market Strategy and implementation in close alignment with Sales Manager
- Define assortment strategy, pricing
- Develop and implement promotion strategy and all BTL activities
- Develop POS materials and sell in materials for sales force
- Develop Communication & Media Strategy & execute media plans with focus on digital activation & excellence
- Conceptualize and execute local influencer campaigns, PR activities and events
- Continuously monitor and report own brand and competitor performance, identify key issues and opportunities, drive interventions as needed
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Medical and field teams, Demand & Supply Planning, Finance and other functions
- Provide best practice exchange and create visibility in regional and global projects
Your Profile
- Master’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in dermo cosmetics or pharma / OTC environment
- Strong team player, who enjoys cross-functional teamwork
- Self-motivated, proactive working style
- High sense of responsibility and ownership
- High level of resilience and assertiveness
- Strong analytical & conceptual skills
- Can-do mentality and strong prioritization skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German (Min. C1 language level in both languages)
