Your Tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in German payroll processes and the ability to analyze ABAP code. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation and payroll programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

SAP HCM Payroll Management:
Oversee and manage payroll processes using SAP HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with German payroll regulations

ABAP Code Analysis:
Analyze and troubleshoot ABAP code to optimize payroll functions and resolve technical issues

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate and interpret payroll data reports, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data integrity

Program Implementation:
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement effective payroll programs

Training and Support:
Provide training and technical support to HR and management teams on SAP HCM Payroll

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
