SAP Compensation and Payroll Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM) (all genders)

Your Tasks

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in configuring and managing compensation modules within SAP SuccessFactors and payroll processes within SAP HCM. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our compensation and payroll programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1.    Configuration and Management:

  • Configure and maintain compensation modules, including variable pay, salary planning, and bonus programs within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Develop and manage compensation templates, guidelines, and workflows to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Configure and manage payroll processes within SAP HCM, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution


2.    Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze compensation and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on compensation and payroll metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness


3.    Program Design and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement compensation and payroll programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees
  • Ensure compensation and payroll programs are aligned with market trends and internal equity


4.    Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to HR and management teams on the use of SAP SuccessFactors compensation modules and SAP HCM payroll processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation and payroll configurations and processes


5.    Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure all compensation and payroll practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in compensation management, payroll processing, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in configuring and managing compensation modules in SAP SuccessFactors and payroll processes in SAP HCM
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
