The Field Retail Merchandiser delivers in store excellence in execution adhering to Beiersdorf’s key principles of ‘The Perfect Store’. To increase visibility of Beiersdorf products in store through delivery of world class product availability and store standards, showcasing our brands in the best way possible.
 

 

The role covers Uxbridge & Yeading.
 

Your Tasks

Execution

  • To deliver a set of team and individual key performance indicators aligned with excellence in execution principles.
  • Ownership of stores within a set geographical call file covering grocery and high street retailers.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to maximise in store productivity.
  • Drive visibility of all Beiersdorf products through negotiation of discretional space at store level.
  • 100% on shelf product availability for every customer in every store.
  • Maximising promotional investment by challenging every instance of non compliance down to sku level.
  • Representing and promoting Beiersdorf by living and breathing the core values of care, courage, simplicity and trust.

Reporting

  • Utilising our electronic data capture tool to record every intervention and action completed in store can be analysed and value derived.
  • Capture fixture images within stores to gain insight as to how that outlet is performing against ‘The Perfect Store’ mechanic.
  • Feedback to key internal stakeholders on pricing and promotional compliance and competitor execution.
