Your Tasks

  • Implement and execute Global/ Regional Detailing & Training Strategy and annual objectives in alignment with the marketing strategy, targeting all relevant professional groups (HCPs, Pharmacists, Dermo-Consultants).

  • Lead and guide the team of detailers to implement the detailing and training strategy, fostering high performance, enthusiasm, and commitment.

  • Define and implement training programs for detailers and sales representatives to ensure ongoing professional development and enhance Beiersdorf's credibility within the medical community.

  • Identify and establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase awareness of Eucerin among key professionals.

  • Lead and engage in KOL local activities, including round tables, advisory board meetings, and clinical studies.

  • Identify Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) and engage with them in digital activities.

  • Drive local KOL, DOL, medical communication, detailing, eventing initiatives.

  • Initiate and lead participation in relevant professional fairs and congresses to enhance awareness, build trust, and gain endorsements.

  • Set and monitor KPIs for detailers' performance, providing necessary training and coaching to improve outcomes and achieve agreed objectives with the support of the CLM tour.

Your Profile

  • University degree with 6+ years of experience in medical marketing and detailing operations. Experience in the dermo-cosmetic category or pharmaceutical companies with OTC brands is preferred.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing medical marketing plans (strategy and implementation).
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple countries and regions.
  • Experience in business steering and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, open-minded, team-oriented, and enthusiastic.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic. French language is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to prepare documents for senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker with a data-driven approach.
