Marketing Apprentice

Beiersdorf is known for its strong brands and innovative marketing strategies and we are recruiting for an Apprentice to join our Marketing team on the Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship

 

As a Beiersdorf Marketing Apprentice, you will work collaboratively with the Brand teams being responsible for administrative tasks and providing support on marketing activities. You will gain hands-on experience working within a fast-moving consumer goods business with trusted brands including NIVEA and Eucerin

 

The Apprenticeship is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.

 

Your Tasks

PO Creation : Generating purchase orders for marketing materials or services.
New Article Product Maintenance : Managing and updating New Article product information.
Assortment List Management : Keeping track of product assortments and ensuring they are up-to-date.
Artwork Management and Pack Shot Localisation : Handling the creation and localisation of product artwork and pack shots for different markets.
Product Information Management / Brandbank Facilitation : Ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date in the Product Information Management system and facilitating updates with Brandbank.
Nielsen Data Requests and Analysis : Requesting and analyzing market data from Nielsen to support marketing decisions.
Sample Order Creation : Organizing and managing the creation of product samples for various purposes.
Adhoc Support with Annual Media Campaigns : Providing support for the planning and execution of annual media campaigns.
Adhoc Support with New Product Launches : Assisting with the launch of new products, including planning and execution.

Your Profile

  • You will need GCSE: English and Maths level 4 or above
  • Previous marketing experience i.e. placement, internship, work experience etc
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for brand marketing
  • Can-do attitude with a desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
