Your Tasks

The Global Packaging Department is the partner for new, innovative packaging concepts or cost-effective solutions to bring your product ideas to market. We are highly motivated people, located in Americas , Asia-Pacific , Near-East and Europe with close connection to the local market all over the world. We support the brands with our Brand Partner Teams and have very high skills in complex Technical Construction and Design. Each of our innovation projects is highly focused on sustainability and minimized impact on the environment. Do you have an inquiring mind and enjoy developing innovative ideas? Then join us as a (Senior) Packaging Specialist (all genders) for international packaging projects and focus on our client and consumer needs.

We are looking for new team members for different brands like NIVEA and EUCERIN.

  • Representing Global Packaging Development, you'll work together closely with our Marketing, Research and Development, and Supply Chain units on global launch/relaunch projects, developing new packaging systems and optimizing existing solutions with a focus on sustainability.

  • You'll leverage your innovative strengths and drive for execution to consistently set new standards for design, functionality, and costs.

  • You'll also put manufacturing and filling processes for existing packaging solutions under the microscope, identifying and pursuing opportunities for optimization (costs, quality, efficiency).

  • You'll track the market and the competition, too, and will share your findings in your work and with the team.

Your Profile

  • University Degree or advanced scientific education.

  • Relevant working experience with at least interfaces to Packaging topics e.g., from R&D or Supply Chain etc., ideally with sustainability topics.

  • A proven track record in project and process management.

  • Highly interested in Packaging.

  • Excellent team working abilities and strong communications skills.

  • Self-confident in moderation and presentation techniques.

  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
