Head IT Service Line - BSS HUB India

Your Tasks

  • IT: Lead the IT BSS Hub India and drive the IT Heartbeat Strategy within the region
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and establish the HUB strategy, adapt and further develop the operating model in line with our global BSS objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure stable operations and a seamless integration of business lines.
  • People Management: Build and engage a new management team, ensure a common vision and engagement.
  • Finance: Manage P&L, driving top- and bottom-line financial decisions, and direct the annual financial planning process to ensure HUB sustainability.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with our global stakeholders to support growth and foster a “one team, one roof” spirit.
  • Market Insight: Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities and track and share KPIs for the organization.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in IT and managerial positions (minimum 5+ years).
  • Strong background in developing strategic and business plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and forces influencing the company.
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of building engaged teams.
