Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic approach to evolve the Brand Health Tracking for maximum impact in the organization
  • Serve as a key partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that help NIVEA win
  • Generate holistic & impactful insights connecting different data sources
  • Drive best practice sharing across BLU and Regions
  • Continuously evolve & optimize the Brand Health Tracking Tools, with state-of-the-art research methods as well as agile data presentation formats
  • Closely cooperate with regional and global CMI functions
  • Lead market research supplier pitches
  • Lead a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Guide and develop team members to deliver high-quality insights that drive value

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or Socio-Economics
  • 10+ years of experience & proven track in the field of brand tracking, consumer/market panel and market research; experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Solid Knowledge of brand tracking industry standards and data savvy
  • Excellent analytical skills and passion for big data and smart dashboards. Affinity to statistics & ability to conduct statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Strong in storytelling & arranging data, insights or dashboards to deliver against stakeholders’ needs and ways of thinking.
  • Excellent presentation skills and persuasion power. Highly experienced in navigating complex stakeholder settings and communicating in large projects.
  • Proactive, digital-affine mindset with a strong passion for getting things done
  • Experience in leading teams required
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for the consumer perspective and topics around skin care and beauty
