Your Tasks

The Regional Europe Acceleration Manager Acne EUCERIN is responsible for executing the global innovation projects in the Europe region, with particular focus on a gamechanger innovation project. This role is pivotal in bridging global strategies with local market realities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with both regional needs and global objectives. This role involves close collaboration with the Global team to ensure the right regional strategy and execution for doctors, consumers, pharmacies /pharmacy assistants and claims following the global strategy.

Key responsibilities include maximizing L/RL projects and contributing to the development of the Eucerin acne pipeline, incorporating local insights. The role also entails working with RED counterparts on strategy creation, financial evaluation, volume forecasting, and activation excellence as well as providing input on communication development. You’ll be an essential and permanent member of a cross-functional global Taskforce team working on a highly strategic launch. Additional responsibilities include regional business tracking, steering, and preparing reports and presentations for key stakeholders such as the regional Derma team, the Derma Europe lead team, the local leaders and teams in the countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead develop, and steer the regional L/RL strategy, including the HCPs / PAs / other recommenders and claim strategies, ensuring cross-functional excellence of activation.
  • Contribute to the strategic taskforce as well as potentially lead workstream(s) of the strategic taskforce for the gamechanger innovation project.
  • Align closely with Medical Management and Marketing teams at global, regional and local levels pre-, during and post-launch with continuous optimization.
  • Closely collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all activities and materials are compliant with local regulations.
  • Lead the DermoPure L/RL project execution with global teams to implement it in local markets.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between the upcoming L/RL projects including the gamechanger innovation project.
  • Adapt global 360° campaigns and deliver campaign packages to lead countries on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Regularly interact with global and local teams to co-create short- and long-term franchise visions, ensuring the right product pipeline.
  • Collect, compare, and analyze data (consumer, derms, market, competitor, country, digital, etc.), generate insights, and identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Provide proactive consultancy to countries and monitor consumer, dermatologist, and competitive needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with Medical Management, Sales, S&C, eCommerce, Digital, and Media teams to deliver integrated strategies.
  • Foster collaboration, information sharing, and best practices among all internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control the budget regularly.

Your Profile

  • University degree (Master’s preferred) with 8-10 years of marketing and/or medical management experience, ideally in Pharma/OTC and regional/global brand management.
  • Strong expertise in Go-To-Market strategy, business growth, marketing plan development, and medical detailing models.
  • Proven skills in project and budget management, with excellent analytical capabilities.
  • International experience and influencer strategy implementation are desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams across regions.
  • Proficient in stakeholder collaboration, including local teams, supply chain, and agencies.
  • Fluent in English, with strong presentation and communication skills for top management meetings.
  • Proactive, open-minded, team-oriented, and enthusiastic professional.
