Your Tasks

  • Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share in their channel.
  • Manage all key customers in their channel to  implement align with channel strategy.
  • Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
  • Cooperation among  other functional team (e.g. SCM, MKT, S&OE to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
  • Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control in their channel.
  • Ensure  and monitor the in store execution speed to market on promotion/ activities, POSM, All visibilities, new listing at point of sales align to marketing plan, account plan and timeline.
  • Responsible for total channel sales forecast  base on  sales target KPI
  • Coordinate with SCM team to forecast quantity of POSM, NPD sample, NPD pipeline, promotion quota of total channel.
  • Monitor and analysis business situation in their channel with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree of any field
  • 5-8 years experiences in modern trade sales
  • Having experiences in FMCG business would be preferable
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
  • Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection, challenges, or setbacks.
  • Perseveres through difficult negotiations, ensuring long-term success.
  • Understands the financial impact of sales decisions on business profitability and growth.
  • Computer literacy excel in Pivot, V loop Up and MS Office
