Marketing Manager North Africa

Your Tasks

  • Build a strong Brand equity and drive brand penetration through local relevance and communication.
  • Identify strong strategies catering the consumer needs & the evolution of market dynamics while driving cost efficiencies.
  • Set Country Marketing strategy and roadmap to deliver country objectives (NS, IMS, Gross Margin, Market Share and EBIT), to provide strategic direction for individual sub-brands and define contribution to future sales and profit growth.
  • Lead & Execute the Annual Marketing Plan (4Ps) while ensuring the alignment of direct & functional management and liaise with MU / Regional offices to identify appropriate product innovations, local supply chain to ensure that internal processes are properly managed.
  • Identify and Drive data Insights into action based on market research (Brand Health Tracker & U&A) and market data (Nielsen RA & Euromonitor).
  • Identify & Develop the potential categories as per the market dynamics and consumer needs while accelerating the growth of existing core categories through understanding the local consumer insights and driving relevance through 360 plan utilization.
  • Set & Review Pricing strategy index by category vs. competition in line with the company direction.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of Marketing & business experience.
