Your Tasks
The Network & Inventory Planning Manager role is responsible in balancing demand & supply of the respective planning assortment. He/she creates a feasible supply plan, which ensures product availability while keeping inventory and cost low. The NIP is source oriented, meaning his/her assortment is defined by a resource cluster (fill/pack and semi-finished-goods lines). The focus lays on the operational & tactical horizon (week 3 – months 24).

Inventory & Safety Stock Planning and actions to adjust.

Master Production Scheduling (Volume Planning & Campaign Planning) and handover to Detailed Schedule

Capacity Planning for all resources of own assortment including 3PM Overspill and/or PC backup for own assortment.

Master Data maintenance of selected planning master data

Facilitates a proper phase-in / out planning process and triggers leftover management process.

Drives continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the planning process

Represents Planning in the BAP and SPEED meetings.
