Your Profile
As a Senior Innovation Manager in the Early Innovation Team within R&D, you will play a critical role in shaping our long-term innovation roadmap, leveraging deep consumer insights, emerging trends and cutting-edge technologies to redefine the future of skincare. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and set the course for the next generation of skincare products to drive our organization’s success and enhance our competitive edge in the cosmetics industry.

Spearhead innovation projects through the Exploration and Ideation phases of the Early Innovation Process

Contribute and shape the long-term innovation roadmap focusing on scientific breakthroughs for Beiersdorf

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify unmet consumer needs, emerging trends, technological advancements and business challenges across our brand portfolio

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
