Brand Manager NIVEA Men and Body Cleansing EE Lead and Poland

Your Tasks

As Brand Manager NIVEA Men and Body Cleansing EE Lead and Poland you will execute the EE/PL marketing strategy and plans for respective categories ensuring the delivery of agreed category share, net sales, GM and brand targets.

Key Tasks:

  • Achieve local targets and ambitions by development of local marketing plans through data analytics with focus on brand / category growth and ensuring local activation of global & regional innovations, projects, and tools
  • Own respective category budget for PL and drive brands profitability improvement initiatives
  • Actively contribute to EE projects, processes, and ex-changes with EUNA
  • Contribute to the local leadership culture and actively drive Team engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Planning & Activating, incl. budget accountability:
  • Within global & regional frame and based on consumer insights & commercial data, co-create local marketing activation plan for respective categories, incl. assortment steering (L/RL/gap closing) and ATL & BTL program
  • Based on the Regional/MU/local strategy, co-shape the annual local marketing (PMP) and business (ABP) plan including an optimized mix of all 4Ps to achieve market share, sales and budget targets. Execute agreed brand marketing strategy and plans for respective categories in Poland ensuring the delivery of agreed KPIs building on local market opportunities and consumer insights and needs
  • Own and steer respective category budget and allocate investments in line with local strategy and within MU & Regional guidelines
  • Steer the adaptation of global/regional material (product artwork, communication assets, etc.) to match local needs
  • Monitor and steer performance, based on external (Nielsen, customer, media) and internal data to adjust and optimize plans
  • Closely collaborate with local commercial team to ensure cross functional alignment and steering of the brand performance throughout the year
  • Closely collaborate with EE Marketing Team for best-in-class MU program shaping and execution

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing (FMCG experience, cosmetics/beauty experience a plus)
  • Experience in and proven track record of thriving in fast-paced corporate environment with ambiguity; openness for change
  • Results and performance driven personality with entrepreneurial and can-do mindset and high proactivity to drive business opportunities with high sense of responsibility (own the business)
  • Awareness for culture / strong / proven ability to adapt to different cultural environments with strong soft and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration (we culture)
  • Proven ability to think strategically and from commercial perspective leveraging data sources like Nielsen, MIQ, BI, OPEX, CMM and high-level analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business plans
  • Fluent in English and Polish
