Healthcare Trade & Marketing Trainee

-    Support on the analysis of the Marketing Mix of the brand by focusing on Assortments, Distribution, Price and Promotions.
-    Support activation of Point-of-sales promotional activities, monitoring the promo calendar of main customers and supporting Sales force with the right materials and information.
-    Develop of national contests, coordinating agencies during initial phase and monitoring the POS implementations and consumer results.
-    Sell-out data (Nielsen) analysis, providing monthly updated reports on Brand, market performance, competition deep dives as well as customer data study.
-    Support Marketing annual BTL plans through communication material development, website maintenance and digital campaigns set up in collaboration with external agencies.

The role expects frequent interactions with Sales, POS and Supply Chain departments, as well as cooperation with external agencies and other service providers.

Your Profile

• Strong Microsoft-office skills (Excel and Power-point).
• Strong empathy and communication skills;
• Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions;
• Previous experience in Trade Marketing is considered a plus;
• Italian mother tongue, fluent in English;
