Your Tasks

Then you should become part of our Strategic Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our Active Sourcing success story. The Position is based in Hamburg and you would be responsible for finding global Talents for the German Market.

Create and execute an active sourcing strategy in partnership with our recruiters and line managers

Identify, engage and win suitable candidates for technical profiles for our Headquarter in Hamburg

Bring creativity to sourcing and think beyond available standard tools to attract talents for brands like NIVEA, Eucerin or Hansaplast

Take part in various projects to strengthen Beiersdorf's employer brand and the candidate experience in the global market

Build strong relationships with passive candidates and contribute to our growing talent pool

Bring new ideas how to use AI Tools for Active Sourcing
Your Profile

University Degree with business focus or comparable
-
Must Have: Previous inhouse active sourcing experience or expertise in an executive search consultancy with proven track record in placing candidates in
international
environment

Very good knowledge of using sourcing channels especially
LinkedIn

Must Have: Experience in active sourcing of global IT Talents for the German Market

Ideally experiences in complex working environments.

Open to innovate active sourcing and up to date with AI Tools

Ability to inspire candidates, gain their confidence and win them for Beiersdorf

Fluent in English, very good German is a plus, but we expect at least solid basic knowledge and the willingness to improve your German skills
Ideally existing working Visa for Germany
The position is limited for 2 years.

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
