As FP&A Manager you are ensuring smooth execution of the global planning and forecasting processes within the local affiliates, and act as a main liaison between Global and Regional Finance teams and the local Management.

Your Tasks

Lead the company’s planning & forecasting processes and act a business partner for the local Management Team to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.

Monthly analysis of country & business unit financial performance and reporting to Regional team.

Identification and financial evaluation of business Risks & Opportunities.

Ensure accurate planning, steering and year-end landing of relevant financial KPIs (GE, Other Income / Expense, Intercompany P&L).

Lead the development of Financial PowerBI reports and ensure timely maintenance.

Co-steer and constructively challenge teams in the Shared Service Center (Accounting, Treasury & Tax) to ensure healthy financial statements and tax compliance.

Mitigate compliance risks by ensuring high-quality execution of the internal control system.

Lead and develop a strong business partner team, supported by standardized processes, tools and efficient ways of working.

Your Profile

University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration

At least 5 years of experience in a finance or controlling managerial role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills across different hierarchies and functions

Proactive and collaborative working style, able to influence and steer cross-functional teams

Good commercial business sense and understanding

Fluency in written and spoken English
