The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team plays a key role in shaping our One Architecture DNA, co-creating IT as a proactive enabler for Beiersdorf’s business success. We bridge technology and strategy, ensuring synergy, agility and future-readiness across our entire organization.
To drive this vision forward, we are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect (all genders) with strong strategic capabilities, a deep understanding of modern IT landscapes and the ability to simplify complexity for business impact.
Your Tasks
- Translate strategic business requirements into economical and efficient architectural measures to harmonize and standardize our application and technology landscape
- Drive a business-outcome-driven approach that transforms IT into a value-generating enabler for Beiersdorf
- Identify cross-functional synergies and foster the One Architecture DNA to strengthen our internal architecture community
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously analyzing technology, industry and market trends, assessing their impact on our enterprise architecture landscape
- Maintain a balanced outside-in perspective, engaging with industry peers and integrating best practices into our IT landscape
- Work in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners to drive architecture initiatives and facilitate change management
- Reduce technical complexity into target group-oriented communication, ensuring architecture decisions are clear, actionable and aligned with business goals
- Support the implementation of enterprise-wide IT projects, ensuring scalability, compliance and efficiency
Your Profile
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, (Business) Engineering or a related IT-focused field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, IT Strategy Consultant or in Architecture/Synergy Management
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical topics, making them understandable for diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in IT project management, including technical leadership and implementation, ideally in agile environments
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools (e.g. SAP LeanIX), methods and frameworks, ensuring architectural governance and standardization
- Proficiency in Project Management tools as well Power Point
- Deep knowledge of Cloud Platforms, IoT Architecture & Connectivity, Identity & Access Management, Data Analytics Platforms and IT Security
