Your Tasks

Role Purpose:


As the Digital Hub Lead, your role is to steer the digital center of excellence in market. In this capacity you will drive the development of the business’ digital execution, overseeing the Precision Marketing, Owned Search & Digital and Audience and Data strategy functions. Your role will be central to deliver best practice digital activation, and you will play a key role internally as a leader in the Digital function for the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of global, regional and local best practice to drive the digital maturity of the market,
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as the Ecommerce, CMI and brand teams to identify and drive synergies in the shape of activations or insights,
  • Develop and maintain a team of digital experts, lead from the front and ensure seamless collaboration, with your team, work alongside the Media Planner, Precision Influence Lead & Ecommerce colleagues to bring to life integrated full-funnel through the line campaigns,
  • Engage and upskill the main stakeholders (agencies, category, precision influence and ecommerce leads etc.) on PM principles and ensure framework compliance for digital campaigns. Identifying any knowledge gaps and building a training program to support,
  • Ensure all regional and local best practice is applied on all campaigns and that the proper frameworks for consumer journey, funnel stages, platforms and KPI’s are implemented and that routines and enablers are in place to support.
  • Precision Marketing: Orchestrate precision marketing activities from ideation to execution, define and monitor measurement approaches, ensure implementation of digital media best practice and support transversal enablers for PM transformation acting as a change agent in the organization.
  • Audience & Data Strategy:Support local teams on audience strategy definition and implementation, build and manage consumer journey across multiple touchpoints, implement and manage 1PD strategy from definition to activation, and analyze/share data-driven insights for campaigns performance on-going optimizations.
  • Search & Owned Digital: Oversee the business’ owned digital presence across key consumer touch points. This includes the strategic direction, development of content, execution of activity and reporting of performance across websites, social and search

Your Profile

Ideal Experience:

  • +6 years hands-on experience in digital media,
  • Experience with digital campaign planning, setup and execution,
  • Experience with integrated campaign planning and the ability to bring together digital media, influencers and ecommerce
  • Experience managing search agency relationships and projects,
  • Experience managing owned digital assets including websites and social profiles,
  • Experience in using measurement tools for data-driven marketing,
  • Experience owning and optimizing budget across multiple teams,
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan),
  • Significant experience communicating technical material to range of audiences, including brands, corporate leadership, technology partners, and agencies,
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English
