As a working student you can get to know and help shape the interaction between business and IT in an international company. To maintain our growth, we offer broad responsibilities and challenging tasks, enabling our people to raise the bar in all fields of our business - every day right from the start.

Your Tasks

  • You work with international affiliates and local functions (hardware-service, Procurement, Finance) and support global IT projects
  • You support the regular preparation and processing of review meetings (e.g. through evaluations from the ticket system)
  • You support the creation of communication and change materials
  • You take over organizational tasks and support in budget-relevant topics (e.g. Invoice checks)
  • You assist in processing contractual documents.

Your Profile

  • You are a registered student in IT, Engineering, Economics or a comparable course of study
  • Preferably, you have first experience with ticket systems, e.g. ServiceNow and SAP (e.g. workflow processing)
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are open-minded and have a confident manner and good communication skills, as well internationally
  • You have an affinity for IT and basic technical knowledge, especially related to end-user software and hardware
  • You work independently and on a project basis
  • You have gained first experience in project management
  • You are customer oriented
  • You have good oral and written communication skills in German and English as well as very good user skills in common Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
