Your Tasks
You will be the single point of contact for employees and relatives going on an international assignment and support them along the entire mobility lifecycle .
- Advise employees and HR colleagues on all assignment related questions around contractual set-up, compensation, supplier services, benefits, tax, social security, immigration and insurance
- You are a partner for our international assignees with a sense for what really matters for them
- Manage and coordinate all operational tasks during the employee’s assignment lifecycle
- Work closely together with HR colleagues worldwide, as well as colleagues from other functions
- Resolve individual queries / requests from other Beiersdorf functions as well as external support contacts and authorities and route to other mobility roles or external providers, if necessary
- Initiate and monitor compliance activities as visa work permit, tax, social security, etc.
Your Profile
- You have ideally a degree in business/management/other with focus on HR
- You have several years of experience in an operational Global Mobility role of an international company with best-in-class mobility practices
- You can easily engage with people in an international context
- You are a strong communicator, in orally and written form
- You have very good analytical skills, love complexity with a high sense for detail
- You are highly motivated, well organized and want to constantly learn
- Ideally you have made the experience of an international move yourself
- You have excellent English communication skills, both orally and written, ideally you are fluent in German as well

- Ideally you already have a work permit for Germany
