Your Tasks

Role Purpose:


Supports the execution of assigned channels activities based on the category strategy, understanding the behavior and needs of the channel/shopper, while preserving brand value. The main objective is to increase sales and market share, ensuring that activities are implemented on time and in accordance with the strategy.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that relevant data is provided for the commercial planning and development process in an accurate and timely
  • manner.
  • Produce standard reports as defined by Lead Market S&CM team
  • Manage central database for the market ensuring it is accurate and updated
  • Produce ad-Hoc analysis, as required by S&CM team
  • Support local operations in all relevant analytical and administration needs
  • Ensure project budget management as required
  • Track execution compliance in order to get insights to improve POS strategy and POS material

Your Profile

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing
  • Basic knowledge of channel (Pharmacy) preferred
  • Basic Analytical/ Financial Analysis skills required
  • Pragmatic, Dynamic individual with a "hands on" style
  • Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers
  • Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
  • Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
