To strengthen further our growth, we are looking for a dynamic & driven Sales Support - 6 months contract.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities.
  • Manage customer inquiries, providing excellent service and addressing concerns or questions.
  • Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Follow-up of the promotional plan agreed with the customer, delivering all necessary information to the customer respecting internal & external deadlines.
  • Assortment Management Follow-up of the assortment agreed with the customer, delivering all necessary information to the customer to ensure a timely introduction of novelties & relaunches.

Your Profile

What it takes to join us?

  • Degree in a relevant business field: sales - admin - communication;
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in sales support roles;
  • Fluency in French & English, Dutch is a plus;
  • Customer oriented and ability to build solid relationships
  • Strong planning & organisation skills
  • Experienced in SAP, MS Office (especially Excel & Teams)
  • Result & solution oriented
  • Courageous mindset with attention for details
  • Flexible & stress resistant
  • Pragmatic & positive mindset: simplicity in communication and way-of-working
