To strengthen further our growth, we are looking for a dynamic & people oriented Supply Chain Manager Benelux .

The Supply Chain Manager Benelux manages the Supply Chain Operations for the Country Units Belgium and the Netherla&nds, supporting the business to deliver commercial targets. You will be responsible for delivering Supply Chain optimization in close collaboration with the European teams, ensuring Supply Chain KPIs are achieved and tools & processes are deployed. The ideal candidate requires a proven ability to lead and inspire a team of +30 FTEs, fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational goals. The job can be based both in Brussels and Amsterdam with a preference for Brussels .

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy - Leadership & Organization Design:
    • In agreement with the Supply Chain Director, contributs to the development of the Supply Chain strategy across Benelux, ensuring alignment with the France-Benelux Management Unit Strategy and European Supply Chain Strategies.
    • Business partner of the Benelux Country Manager.
    • Lead and motivate the Benelux Supply Chain Team (direct, indirect, and wider teams) to deliver high performance and Supply Chain targets.
    • Responsible for people evaluation and career development.
    • Develop the appropriate Supply Chain organization to meet business goals.
  • Demand & Supply Planning:
    • Lead S&OP process and forecasting improvement to deliver high service levels with optimized inventory and waste reduction.
    • Joint forecasting development with collaborative customers.
    • Close collaboration with the European Supply Chain network.
  • Customer Management & Master Data:
    • Responsible for the Order-to-Cash process and customer relationship development to optimize costs-to-serve and processes while delivering sales objectives.
    • Manage Master Data activities to ensure product and customer data accuracy to support internal processes and accurate data communication towards customers.
  • Warehousing - Transport & Co-Packing:
    • Manage warehousing, transport, and co-packing activities focusing on service, efficiencies, and sustainability.
    • Develop collaboration with 3PLs to implement process and cost optimizations.
    • Support the business in delivering efficiencies in co-packing.

Your Profile

What it takes to join us?

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership skills, leading a large cross functional Supply Chain team
  • Extensive expertise and knowledge in Supply Chain-related fields
  • Ability to manage high-complexity cross-functions in a highly international environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Perfectly fluent English speaker, French / Dutch is considered a plus
  • Availability to travel frequently in the Benelux Organization (2 days every 2 weeks or 1 day per week)
