The Field Retail Merchandiser delivers in-store excellence in execution adhering to Beiersdorf’s key principles of ‘The Perfect Store’. Working across our key brands of Nivea, Elastoplast and Eucerin you will deliver increased visibility and merchandising through the implementation of off shelf displays. You will report on in store findings to various stakeholders and ensure that all KPI’s are delivered through continuous improvement.

 

The role covers the Midlands and wider areas.
 
 

Your Tasks

Execution

  • To ensure in store compliance and execution KPI’s are met through delivering increased intervention values and maximising opportunities
  • Maintaining a call file of stores, building relationships with key contacts facilitating improved in store plans that benefit Beiersdorf (e.g FOS displays)
  • Interacting with key stakeholders in the business to ensure a full communication flow ensuring clarity on strategic priorities, retailer objectives and PICOS
  • Monitoring of stock levels and taking actions such as correcting book stock errors
  • Feeding back on promotions to ensure compliance in store
  • Delivery of monthly and annual intervention value translating to Net Sales value by retailer, reporting on progress
  • To ensure that all tools and systems in place e.g Trax are utilised
  • Full understanding of each retailers’ expected standards of performance and conduct within store
  • To promote the company image by always correctly representing Beiersdorf’s core values to all customers

Reporting

  • Input all interventions at a store level to ensure full value is captured
  • Feedback to Regional Field Operations Manager on interventions delivered in store
  • Report back to NAM’s on any compliance issues in store for their retailer
  • Regularly report on any competitor activities
  • Completion of Trax in all stores

Your Profile

  • The role would suit a Graduate or an individual from a retail background
