Your Tasks

Role Purpose

The BU Head lead Marketing 360 strategy, ensure excellence in Detailing Operation and responsible of roll out and align Eucerin strategy to the entire local organization.

Main Accountabilities

Strategy and business planning

  • Defines and executes Eucerin plans aligned with regional and global strategic priorities.
  • Align the 360 strategy between different touch point.
  • Define together with Digital & Media team the precision marketing and precision influencers strategies together with a sufficiency investment model to reach the right consumer targets under the full funnel approach.
  • Align the main initiatives to Medical Management strategy (Promotional Grid, Congresses, KOLs and DOLs)
  • Ensure the right detailing operation building the best detailing team focusing in the heavy prescriber calls (Segmentation, Targeting, frequency & KPIs) maximizing the usage of IQmed platform.
  • Roll out the brand plan to S&CM and Sales team ensuring the right visibility and exhibition aligned to brand and category positioning, supporting by the right professional advise at POS.
  • Monitoring the brands performance (net sales, market share, prescriptions share, etc.) and brand development against sales/ profit forecast and budgets.
  • Supports of regional innovation projects and providing local consumer insights / needs into the process.
  • Identify market challenges & opportunities to win in local markets leveraging expertise within the region.
  • Develop price strategy which provide solution for sustainability of high value price proposition.
  • Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their full understanding of defined marketing strategies and ensure the excellence implementation.

Finance

  • Ensure achievement of key financial KPIs
  • P&L’s responsibility to MII level
  • Budgeting & Resource management

Leadership

  • Lead team to organize integrated communication approach to develop and deliver consistent message across all local, regional and global teams.
  • Guiding, motivating and developing the subordinated staff.

Your Profile

Experience

  • 10 years of significant Marketing & Sales management experience in Dermocosmetic or Pharmaceutical companies managing OTC or OTX products.
