Your Tasks

Role Purpose

  • Own the quality of the analysis and data input done throughout the cluster, by establishing the data standards and processing.
  • Be the primary contact with EM data and insights manager.
  • Responsible for OTIF cascade, up or down, to all relevant stakeholders. Build and own the analytical suite for the cluster.
  • Consolidation & compilation of DERMA Thailand Trackers
  • Improvement to reporting processes where applicable
  • Coordination of Qtrly category Insight Newsletter
  • Conduct and share DERMA consumer and Shopper relevant research (with Consumer Marketing Insight :CMI)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that relevant data is provided for the commercial planning and development process in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage central database for the cluster ensuring it is accurate and updated
  • Produce ad-Hoc analysis, as required by SCM team
  • Support local operations in all relevant analytical and administration needs
  • Ensure project budget management as required

Your Profile

  • Total 5 years of experience with at least 3  year of business analysis experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of channels preferred
  • Basic Analytical/ Financial Analysis skills required
  • Pragmatic, Dynamic individual with a "hands on" style
  • Stakeholder management in a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict within a network of stakeholders and internal/external customers
  • Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
  • Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
  • Passion for simplification and synergy
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
