Your Tasks

  • You collaborate within an international team supporting the digitalization of Sales processes.
  • You understand the business strategy and strengthen our company journey in Revenue Growth Management as well as Customer Relationship Management in close collaboration with our headquarter.
  • You bridge the gap between technical concept and business requirement, facilitating effective collaboration with developers and other stakeholders.
  • You master Sales Data Architecture, support data quality and integrity.
  • You support the local and global Sales Team in daily business and coordinate until resolution of technical issues among others with external partners.
  • You bring automated processes to life from concept to implementation.
  • You strive for improving existing processes and technical solutions.

Your Profile

  • University IT degree or specialized IT vocational training with several years of professional experience
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and written), any other language is a plus
  • 3+ years of work experience in the area of (Pre-) Sales
  • Good knowledge in Sales Processes (beneficial: Trade Promotion Management (TPM) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM))
  • Basic technical knowledge in SQL, JavaScript
  • Passionate about sales automation, and willing to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues
  • Experience with agile methods (Beneficial: Scrum Master Certification)
  • Work autonomously, taking ownership of task and driving them to completion
  • Work solution oriented and not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Approach organizational challenges with a broad (multiple) viewpoint/ mindset
  • Strive to learn, innovate, master new technologies and techniques
  • Collaborate and communicate well within international cross-functional teams (willingness to travel)
  • Energize and mobilize people around an idea, creating energy and momentum in the face of change
