To strengthen the
Benelux Marketing team
, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Marketing Assistant - 6 months contract
.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Support the overall marketing department in different projects;
-
You are responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activity such as:
-
Creating purchase orders for the BNL marketing team
-
Doing some SAP NART maintenance for the BE team
-
Supporting in product relabelling projects
-
Supporting the team with free good requests, technical sheets and adhoc requests (organizational topics, catering, event organization)
-
Planning specific meetings on a weekly basis
Your Profile
What it takes to join us?
-
1 - 2 years of experience in assisting and supporting marketing or otherwise commercial teams;
-
Bilingual (French & English or Dutch & English)
-
Good communication skills
-
You can work and collaborate well with multiple stakeholders
-
Flexible and can navigate efficiently through different priorities
-
Attention to details
-
Team & positive spirit
-
Knowledge in MS Office and quick learner with other software tools
-
Experience with SAP is a big plus
