In accordance with the “Law on Equal Participation of Women and Men in Leadership Positions”, Beiersdorf AG is required by law to set targets for the percentage of women on the first two senior management levels below the Executive Board, including periods for achieving these targets. For the Supervisory Board of Beiersdorf AG, a statutory minimum percentage of 30% female and male members applies; for the Executive Board, a statutory minimum requirement of at least one woman and one man applies. In addition to this, as part of its diversity concept for the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board, the Supervisory Board also sets a voluntary target for the proportion of women on these boards in each case.
