Women lead demand for skin care and our
industry’s value chain. This is why gender equity is a priority for us. Since
2023, women and men have been equally represented in our global management
roles, including the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. But gender equity for us means more than
numbers.
Flexible working models
We offer different working models,
including job sharing. Two people can share one job, even in
leadership roles or as "senior meets junior" tandem. This practice
not only helps retain knowledge. It also supports those who study alongside
work, move into retirement or handle care responsibilities to give their best
at work.
Parental support and community engagement
We offer childcare in Hamburg and online information for expectant parents. Partnerships with organizations like conpadres help us strengthen our understanding for parents’ needs. Our aim is for our working parents to use their skills for the benefit of their work and families.
